Where to start? RUDE STAFF, LONG WAITS AND INCOMPETENT DOCTORS. Ok, I have been a patient for 6 years yet any time I call to schedule an appointment I am put through the ringer on who I am and when they can "squeeze" me in. Then when I show up the front desk doesn't look up. Doesn't even acknowledge you are standing there. Then I wait in an EMPTY waiting room for at least 45 minutes to be put in a patient room for another 15 at least. I don't get it. I kept putting up with it because my doctor, Dr Wisnewski was kind and took time with me. However our list visit she was preoccupied, didn't know who I was and really didn't want to deal with me at all. Lastly, Dr Camaratta called me with some results and said she would start an authorization process for an MRI. It's been over 2 weeks. Typical staten island practice of squeezing in as many patients as possible to get money.

Dr. Gecht is a wonderful doctor, however his staff is rude, and unprofessional. I have not seen this doctor since I was pregnant with my twins in 2013. I called the doctor's office earlier this year to make a doctors appointment because I was sick and I was left on long holds then transferred to an office manager who rudely let me know I owe a $300 doctor bill and therefore I cannot see the doctor until my bill is paid! What bill?? I've always had insurance and doesn't doctors take an oath to help the sick regardless of compensation? I am filing a formal complaint against the practice and unfortunately Dr Gecht as well. As I recently tried to make another appointment and was denied service for a bill they cannot prove I owe! Very disappointed. ..I would not recommend this practice! !

The Doctors are great but front desk. Staff is terrible. My wife and I finally had to find a new doctor after she made an emergency appointment to see the doctor and when she showed up they told her, with a nasty attitude, that she lied about making an appointment and could not see the doctor. When she asked to talk to the superior she was met with more attitude. We have never experienced this level of unprofessional behaviour before. Good Riddance!
