An elderly patient is told by the doctor that they need an injection (after receiving the bloodwork back) to help with excruciating pain. The patient is told that the doctor only gives these injections on Mondays and Wednesdays so needs to wait if somebody cancels to fit her in the doctor's schedule. This is unheard of, not to mention the rudeness of the receptionist saying that she has another line so she needs to hang up!!!
If this is how a specialist's office runs, you're better off seeking medical help elsewhere.
