The physical therapy was ok the girls were friendly. But girl in the front desk was very incompetent. I kept telling her what is my co-payment? Everytime i would go there she said their wasn't any payment. Then when I finished my therapy then i get this giant bill i was furious. Also very dirty and waiting time for the doctor was horrible. X-ray waiting room one or two chairs, I had to wait standing up while i was in pain.

I I could give it no stars I would. Rundown, filthy, disgustingly managed, unfriendly, insulting front desk people, horrible. Any time you go you will have to wait a minimum of an hour and a half to two hours. If you complain, you will be insulted by some middle-aged, nasty "Vaia" "Waia" (not sure how to spell her name, but you'll know when you see her) blonde front desk clerk. And by the way, you are a "this" not a patient, not a person, but a "this" and if you don't like it, don't come back!!! that was her answer. They give you a appointment with no recollection of it, then they honor it (something good) but don't know why you are there, and instead of getting your epidural injection, you can go home after waiting a frustrating one hour and forty minutes, cause they all left already. So if you get upset about it cause your back hurts, and it takes me One hour and a half to get there, you are told to not come back if you don't like it, cause a I am sorry should shut you up, no right to be upset. Ah we called you on Friday to confirm your appointment, but you hang up, SO? whats that got to do with this? she tries to make you feel bad for something stupid that has nothing to do with anything, lol. She should be in a factory boxing fish, perhaps she would then understand the meaning of emphasizing with patience. NASTY!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!! Take your time and look for a good place. Unfortunately I should have complaint to her BOSS the first time she played smart ass with me, and should have read all the reviews that are out about this place, but, live and learn. So I asked for my medical records and am moving on to a different pace, even though I am about to go back to work, but still, they will not see a penny from Workers comp from my side again. NO GOOOOD!!!!!
