My HMO did not cover all of the bill so I owed them a few dollars. I could not believe how nasty they got about $30. I tried calling them to rectify the matter. Every time I called I was transferred three times then connected with a voice mail. They had people who do not communicate effectively answering telephone calls. That makes zero sense to me.

The staff was very plesant and comforting during my annual mammogram....

Went in to get a mammogram and an ultrasound, people at the desk were nasty and sent me to three different areas of the building. The staff handling the procedure were excellent, very professional. Test results were to be sent next day... It's been a week and I have not heard anything. Disappointed!

DO NOT - I REPEAT- DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE FOR ANYTHING. my daughter had to get a catheter for urine sample and I cant tell you how much my heart broke seeing her in pain like that. The doctor had the worst bed side manners. I held her for hours apologizing and I still get heart broken thinking about it. DONT GO, there are alternatives!
