Amazing service from an excellent staff. You will not find this level of client care anywhere else.

Unfortunately members only but a gem in midtown. The reading room in particular is quite nice. It is very quiet and looks very grand and European.

The interior architecture is stunning the building designed by Stanford White who was shot in the head at Madison Square Garden for having an affair with a young girl...The Girl On The Swing. The history is very interesting.The food is deliciously prepared to your order ahead of time. Members & guests are removed permanently for one violation of the 40 page rule book.Jacket and tie required to enter the lobby but there is a service entry for casual dress. The service is excellent!
