Incredibly poor service my driver brings me to my location and thats when I noticed he damaged my car (oil pan) with his tow truck so after paying 140$, I was brought to a garage where it was going to be replaced. When we get to the shop the tow driver started saying the my oil pan was already damaged when he picked me up which is no true my oil pan was replaced 4 months ago there wasn't a single dent on the oil pan there was oil all over the spot where he dropped me off. So I go into the bathroom for a min leaving my girlfriend with the driver and shop owner, when I get back from the bathroom I hear the driver say to my girl "you know your man broke the oil pan he is just too afraid of you to admit it" wow what the hell was that about thats an exact quote the he proceeds to try and coheres my girl into admitting its not the drivers fault. Now I'm waiting for the car to be returned in an hour and I will be contacting the company again this afternoon to inform them about this driver. I'm honestly furious as I'm typing this.

This company is made to rob you. Masters of racketeering. I truly hope that these guys run out of business ASAP, please make sure to avoid their services. The worst part is that they work for the New York police so you can't do much about it.

Terrible service. The driver attached the chain to the arm of the right wheel of my car and broke it causing my car to shake uncontrollably. I called them and they said it was impossible they could have broken it. When I took it to the mechanics they said it was the tow and it cost me $175 to repair. Do not trust this company!

I work for a company and this place towed a truck 10 blocks....and charged us $750 dollars, i understand that on controlled territory it gets expensive, but i called and politely asked them to take it to a service location not that far from them in the same town, they said no way, we would have to pay another company to grab it and take it there. Also if we didn't pay them the $750 right now, they would impound the truck for the night because the guy i talked was leaving for the night soon, this is just...not bad business, its crime, its crimes against humanity. It would be like the police coming to you're house and saying "ok, we stopped the murdered, but if you do not pay us 1k dollars we are going to kill your wife" I reasoned with them but there was only lust and greed that i heard. If you get towed by this company, say goodbye to your kids going to college.

BEST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH IN THE BRONX STRAIGHT FORWARD AND FAST RESPONSE TIME.....THANK GOD FOR PEOPLE LIKE THEM .....
