great company,very professional! Had a storefront break at my restaurant the day before a big event. We had another company come out to board it up but they were not able to do the job until the next week. Universal was able to come immediately to measure the glass and the next day they installed it and my event was a big success! Thank you Universal for relieving my stress and getting the job done fast and great!

Deceptive practices is an understatement. SCAM ALERT! A client recently attempted to use this company. Not only did they not return phone calls but when they attempted to contact the clients they list on their website, not one of them had ever heard of this company.
