I always call at least 2 or 3 times for my appointment...

Four years ago I used their service to replace a basement door at my home and they were amazing. The workmen cleaned up afterwards and took the debris with them, they instructed me of what they were doing throughout the process.

However, I used their service recently and it was an entirely different experience. The guy who called to take the measurements could not find the address and spoke little English I had to be on the phone with him for about 20 minutes before he reached my home.

The doors are the same ones in our local HD and cost much less. The workmen who came to my house spoke little or no English, very rude in their presentation.
Buyers, be careful who you let in your house! By they left I got a Violation from HPD that I had a double-cylinder lock on my inside front door....one that I was planning on changing the following day anyway. This was not their business to report but they are endorsed by the NYFD, according to their website so I think they are obliged to report anything that is out of place in your home.

Be warned, do not let them into your house, you will end up with more that door.
