Universal Dental

I don't know what these people are talking about it was a circus to me.They have you on display so everybody from the street can see you. It's like a circus display. I felt bad humiliated, I just wanted to get out. They shoved that x ray machine in your mouth hard. I've been to other dentists before. That felt like a torture machine they were still learning how to use.. When I told them they consider that normal. I think she was doing it on purpose so I don't return. On the way out the door slammed hard. I don;t know if they did it on purpose or by accident. I am never going back to that circus hell.

Honestly, this is one of the best offices I've been to. I tried two other dentist offices but Universal Dental was the right one for me. The staff is really cool and friendly and that makes a big difference to me. I ended up seeing two doctors and they were both great.. very nice and honest, I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything. They were just there to help me which is really had to find nowadays. great job guys, thank you

I' ve ever seen when it comes to being friendly and professional. When i walked in the office i was greeted right away with a great smile by the front desk that made me feel very comfortable. The process before seen was very fast and i had little to no wait time. Dr. Anna was great she explained every treatment to me and answered all my questions. The office had all the high tech modern equipment including same day crowns, which was one of the treatment i needed. I decided to start my crown and got it with in an hour. I was very relaxed with the comfort of Dr.Anna and her assistant. Dr.Anna did an excellent job. I am happy to know i found myself a great dentist and would recommend her to everyone!
