We were thinking to buy a new washer since the existing one wouldn't wash well. Lately it wouldn't spin right either. Then a friend of my family suggested that we'd make an appointment with Universal Appliance Repair Orange first. We didn't see the reason why not and so we scheduled for the following day. The appliance technician was lovely and very professional. He repaired our washing machine and so saved us money from buying a new one. Awesome work!

We were looking for an expert to repair our washing machine. There was nothing urgent, but we wouldn't mind finding someone to fix it fast. We got hold of Universal Appliance Repair Orange and it was incredibly nice that the washer repair guy from this company could help us the following day. He also agreed to assist us when it was suitable to us. We were impressed by the overall professionalism of the team, the fast assistance and the good work of the tech.

I loaded the dishwasher, closed the door and pushed the button. There was a noise and the door popped open again. I tried several times before calling Universal Appliance Repair Orange but the dishwasher wouldn't latch. I was only glad that the dishwasher technician promised to help within the day. Two hours later he called to say he'd be here in ten. I was happy with the overall dishwasher service, the professionalism of the tech and the way this team treats the client. The problem was fixed that day and the dishwasher works nicely to this day.
