A company rep called threatened to send collection agent for the monthly bill.
Did not investigate as it was the address changes problem.
Very unfriendly over the phone.
Glad moved out of area.
p.s. very expensive water rate compare to other regions.

Has poor quality of service; fails to send statement/bill by mail every month but does Yet, United Water also charges you a "convenience fee" if you try to pay by telephone or online. Closing customer service telephone line even before 6:00 PM does not help, either. I am glad to be moving away from this area.
