My company bought airline tickets from United Travels. Although a B2B payment was sent, they wanted a consumer payment directly from me. As a result, my company reversed the B2B ACH. At years end, our payroll processor (ADP) incorrectly sent them tax documents (cause: the original ACH transaction). An honest accounting mistake. I was barraged by threatening emails from United Travels management thereafter. Highly unprofessional to say the least. Takeaway: United Travels Inc is very difficult to do business with.
