United Taekwondo Academy

My 6 yo son began attending UTA a few months ago, and we love it. I have seen improvement in his flexibility and focus already, and the instructors are great! We highly recommend this school for all ages.

UTA is terrific as a Taekwondo Academy and excellent at helping students develop across a broad array of skills. Being respectful, organized, listening/responding, and taking pride in their continued improvements. Our son has been going for a couple years, and continues to grow. I would highly recommend this program for anyone interested in Karate in general, and for overall personal growth in particular.

The Leadership program is great for anyone interested in taking on responsibility, and stepping it up a notch overall. Participants refine karate skills and practice themselves through teaching, as well as gaining confidence in mentoring and many basic skills that are useful socially and in the future in a work environment.

I've been going to Union UTA for about 10 years and I have enjoyed my years there. My experiences in the instructor program were life changing because he has been teaching us the life skills of having a job, and teaching us how to public speak and run classes, and greeting the parents to help us get out of our comfort zone. During the greeting exercises I have become more able to speak to people without panicking, and I really enjoy talking to people now. My experience as a student has helped me grow more as a person and be able to get out of tough situations. I have also been learning more techniques to defend myself and each year I learn more and more. I really love spending time there because of the environment everyone is so friendly there, it's like a second family.

The staff is womderfull and it's a super clean and safe environment for your kids to enjoy themselves while learning self defense. I look at a few different schools and this one beat them
All by a long shot. I love that if they see the kids are not getting something they take them to the side and do a one on one with them. I have been recommending this school to all my friends and family.

My three cousin's go here. One is 12 and the other two are 8 and have been going here for 3 years. I have seen the pride and confidence they have in themselves grow with each level they master and the excitement they have with each new task they must achieve is infectious and the smiles they have on their faces with every accomplishment is priceless. Students are only as good as their teachers and with how much passion these three boys have for Taekwondo and this academy says A LOT for the instructors they have.
