I live in a private house. No slip was left and someone was home. And the automated system is bad when you call for assistance.

i can understand that the entire neighborhood depends on this post office, and that responsibility itself comes with a lot of pressure. However, i have had four packages that i have been tracking everyday. They were due for delivery yesterday, on 06-06-2016, and i received nothing. Fine. I go online to track my four packages and they all say the same thing, that they were delivered at 12 noon and a delivery notice was left. I find that very hard to believe as I was home all day, washing my car in front of my doorstep at noon. No one came by to delivery anything. Very disappointed. I went by the post office myself to pick it up today, and the clerk at the pick up window desk just tells me to wait one more day and see what happens. Basically the run-around treatment. It really is frustrating because these items have been charged and payed for. I can understand misdelivered or delayed deliveries, but make the delivery process less stressful. Answer the questions with well informed information. Ease our anxiety. We come to the post office seeking mail and information. Instead i have left with more quesitons and uncertainty.
