I'd rather go to Hell than this place. The wait time could be alleviated if they didn't have only ONE WINDOW for pick ups of packages, yet 2 or 3 for the retail services of which no one barely uses lol. I'm standing on line for almost 2 damn hours while there are barely any people on the other windows for buying stamps. And numerous people have said they really don't ever attempt delivery and don't even leave a note...hence a big line every morning out the door before the place even officially opens! And one person to service them all (god bless her heart I know she does her best). There seems to always be a customer yelling in this place, and honestly I don't blame them. Prime example of inefficient government run agency.

I waited alI day for the package and they lied saying they came and left notice. They never came and no notice was left. Then when I came here on a saturday to pick up the package the line was out the door for package pick up. There was only one person at the window. Another customer asked when will the service get better he was told "it wont" 1 star is nice but 0 stars isn't a option

Workers are slow and rude as hell. Waited 2 hrs on line. To find out they lost my package. They said they would try to track it down and call me, but never did. I tried to call back, waited over 1hr and nobody still answered.

This post office has five windows for services and only two to three people occupy it. So there is always two empty ones, and only one pickup service window. It should be balance so that the speed of service could improve.
Does the government even look at these complaints? What's the point for us to rate and express the truth if it's ignored?
This spot is ghetto and sloppy, I can't give it a zero because the option is not available.

If I could have rated them zero star's I would have. They don't make the delivery attempts of anything bigger then a book. They say they leave notices which they don't. They said they attempted delivery at 920pm which was a lie. Then you schedule a redelivery they don't do that either. I got a notice saying that there was a delivery delay. I live freaking 7 blocks away from the place. It makes not sense why they didn't attempt the initial delivery let alone the one I rescheduled for 2 days later. The worst customer service. Amazon needs to make there own deliveries. They will lose millions relying on the usps.
