I have a PO BOX with them since 2001, that's 16 years! I moved to a neighboring zip but kept the BOX there because they know me and always do the right thing. On more than one occasion they showed understanding when I came with the box fees late. My only beef is that their budged over the years has been cut to the point where there are at most, even in the busiest of hours, maximum, two clerks at the front windows. So the neighborhood grew and the poor post office shrunk. I'm sticking with them though. Thanks PO 10310!

Our branch mail order firm interacts with the 10310 USPS on a daily basis. Since 1989, Our experience with the staff of 10310 continues to be most POSITIVE. Our mail carriers throughout the years have been and continue to be dutiful, dependable and pleasant. On occasion we may receive a misdirected piece of mail. we simply give it back to them the next day. these things happen.
When we have occasion to visit the station in person we find the window clerks to be efficient and helpful. As must be expected at times there may be a wait, but when observing the windows while in line it is obvious the clerks are doing a good job. it is not difficult to see they are faced with much adversity in the course of their work. and too often many of the patrons they aim to serve are clearly demanding, impatient, crude and insensitive which is uncalled for.
As for the top management in the station, we certainly can not say enough good things about these two dedicated women. They are prompt, professional and most pleasant. They are readily reachable, knowledgeable and most helpful whenever we call upon them.
Based on many years of experience we can truthfully state we are most pleased with the service we receive from our local postal service. And when the infrequent but inevitable human error may occur with the delivery or receipt of mail we find the staff always quick to assist and rectify. And we must all realize that the " IMPOSSIBLE " should not be expected of them, on a daily basis the scope of their work is endless.
A big THREE CHEERS for our USPS workers at the 10310 station, they deserve it !
.... and shame on you folks that would spend time to PUBLICLY defame them as a whole on this site due to some isolated incident. It is most likely you folks could not do their job as well as they do. You are fortunate that a public platform for them to rate YOU is not in place.

they lie and dont like to deliver packages in the cold .ou may arrange redelivery by using the Schedule a Redelivery feature on this page or calling 800-ASK-USPS. According to the tracking, a receptacle was blocked and they could not deliver it today for that reason.2 boxes of sneakers do not go in a receptacle they must have some low life delivering taking tax payers dollars and not doing a damn thing.

The delivery service is poor at best.
They also put my mail in the WRONG mailbox.

This post office has serious issues with putting people's mail in the wrong mailboxes, not leaving package slips, etc...I had a package I ordered come to this post office only to have it sent to the office in Port Richmond and then have Port Richmond send it back. It's been a real hassle and I'll more than likely be using UPS and FedEx this Christmas for deliveries.
