United States Post Office - Rugby Station

Almost 3 weeks and my return package has not left their facility. Why the f*ck does it take 3 weeks to place my sh*t on a truck!!!????? So pissed off.

I've had good and bad experiences with customer service at this location.
I wish I could only have positive things to say, why?
For the postal service employees that are the best at what they do and don't deserve the crappy reputation that their fellow employees have earned them and The Rugby postal station.

There are no words to describe how utterly terrible and ridiculous this post office truly is! How hard can it be, to walk up to someone's door and ACTUALLY RING THE DOOR BELL!!! or, ACTUALLY LEAVE A NOTICE that an attempt to delivery said package was made. If I wanted to pick up my package at the local post office I would have chosen that option when I made the purchase. But I guess these individuals aren't being paid enough to take the time out of there busy schedule to ACTUALLY DELIVER PACKAGES.

Seriously the worst post office when it comes to delivering packages and they lie on the tracking! I was expecting a package yesterday and the tracking said it was out for delivery that morning. I didn't receive any package all day and when I checked the tracking again around 7PM, it said that delivery was attempted but my business was closed so my package is being held at the post office for redelivery. The problem is I DONT OWN A BUSINESS I LIVE IN A PRIVATE HOME and they never attempted delivery because I was home all day and there was no slip left. If you need any packages deliverd in this area save yourself the trouble and do it through fed ex or ups. I always end up picking up my packages in person and the lines are ridiculously long and slow. They definitely need new management.

This is the worse usps location in brooklyn. They have a number they never seem to pick up there phone. The workers there are just atrocious, unconcerned, terrible group of workers i ever came across with.. this place need to be shuttle down or it need new workers.. they even sent my package to the wrong place and i, have yet to receive any of my package after two weeks.. I will fill a complaint towards this company because it is ridiculous its either they close down or make changes
