On multiple occasions with bigger packages our post man doesnt attempt to bring them to the door or leave a notice. Just leaves us wondering and calling the post office everytime to be told we need to pick it up.

this is the worst post office ever , they called
me a Mexican just because I coulnt understand what the lady was saying , & she clearly said are you one of those stupid Mexicans I coulnt beleive it , worst post office ever , very rude and disrespectful

Worse post office in NYC... Mails are missing often and worse customer service... No matter how long the line is they only have 2 staff to handle 20-30 ppl on the line... I have small online business that I always go for drop off they kept me wait at least 35-45 min just for drop off...
