United States Post Office - Jerome Avenue Station

Absolute Trash! This location looks as bad as the service! Total unprofessionalism, I think they purposely don't deliver packages just so you have to go pick up ur packages so they maintain employment. I'd rather buy envelopes & stamps at a check cashing location & ship my packages through fed ex.. They work at snail pace & are the rudest a**h*les out.. Good thing they're behind bullet proof glass, I'm sure there would be a confrontation daily or at least when I go..

After reading all the previous reviews I don't think USPS is interested in doing something to change the statusquo. I have experienced horrendous customer service from this branch a couple of times. They loose my packages they claim they atempted delivery which is a huge fat lie especially when I have been home all day. I go enquire about this and this young African American girl burst out on me. Yelling "I wanna get out of here" as though she is not paid. They ask you to call their number which they know will never be answered. Never had such terrible ordeal anywhere else

If i could give a ZERO RATING I WOULD I hate this location. I was denied my right to send a package the lady was so rude. They are the dirtiest post office ive ever been too. Disgusted by the customer service at this location! Dont recommend to anyone, ever. The lines are crazy and theres only two windows open. No pens ever, i literally had to go to the store after waiting in line for over a hour to buy pens, then was rejected and told she wouldnt take my box. The workers have horrible attitudes and act like they can do whatever they want. Management is horrible. I usually dont write reviews BUT i was so offended by this ladys attitude twords me and the fact that she shut the window and told me she wont take my money and send my package that i had to let this be seen. They are the worst i dont trust them with my mail...

F-ing AWFUL. These ratchet workers need to be replaced. ASAP. Don't bring your ghetto behavior and attitude to a place of work. Especially at USPS. DISGUSTING attitudes. Don't bother calling them either.

If I could give a zero I would. This is the absolute worst place in the world. I just received an email from my amazon order that my package was attempted to be delivered and I was home and damn day and I didn't get one call or a bell ring to come down to retrieve it. It was a gift I ordered as well. These people are terrible and I've had to deal with them my whole life since I've lived in the area my whole life. If I ever hated a place, this wold be the place. Everyone is super slow and unorganized. The place is dirty and everyone is so rude. The negativits in there kills me.
