Very rude folks are working in this Post Office. Not to mention how slowcoach they are. One time, it took them more than 10 minutes to serve 1 customer and that person was just dropping off already packet and taped parcel. I wish I didn't have to go to this Post Office when I have to, but unfortunately this is the office that my address is assigned...

Lost 4 packages in 1 month....i think they are stealing it.
PS
I will definitely contact the postmasters in DC to have this 13th avenue location investigated.

If I could give a 0 i would. I ordered a package on Amazon (small) waited outside and no mail truck came down my block. I received an alert text attempt delivery failed notice left. NO NOTICE WAS LEFT. all lies, I scheduled for a redeliver on 10/7 package never came. I filed another complaint for lost package and notified Amazon. I also have filed a complaint with the National Postmaster generals office in DC to conduct an investigation into the 13 Ave location as to why many packages are lost or never being delivered. I suggest anyone having issues to do the same.

OMG the WORST EVER!!!!! Their carriers don't leave Notices or ring doorbells! Thank God for Amazon, who sent e-mail to inform writer of the delivery attempt. Would have never known about the so called attempted delivery. I will not have USPS deliver another package....because they DON'T!

Where do I begin? Having lived in other areas of Brooklyn, this post office is the absolute worst one I have ever come across. They deliver mail when they feel like it, where they feel like it, and only to whom they feel like delivering to, and if you complain--good luck getting your mail. One carrier told me that I was "lucky you get the mail at all". They never ring bells, they leave packages on the sidewalk instead of putting them inside the storm door like UPS or FedEx. I have had three small packages that would have easily fit into the mailbox gone missing--no delivery and no slip left. Every time they do leave a slip, I was HOME. They never ring bells. The postal inspector really should investigate this office. In the meantime, I'm leaving this neighborhood and one of the main reasons that I am is because I would prefer to actually get my mail once in a while.
