Worst workers ever, I been waiting for a important package and the only thing they say is that the receptable was blocked ot they attempt delivery but they ddnt even leave the bullshit pink paper

Long lines, poor service. Workers care more about what they did last night then taking care of you. You ask a question, you get additude. Its the worst post office Ive ever been to. I thought the one on 125th street in harlem was bad. Parkchester got them beat.

I live in parkchester and I rather go to fordham to send my packages. They don't even knock on the door or ring the bell, they just leave the pink slip. So many workers and the line is always out the door while they talk and laugh with the music on, and workers are rude. They need to fire everyone and hire new people.

worst ever. pink slips left for packages without even and contact or attempt. pink slips with diff dates. example: one left in my mailbox on a tuesday with saturdays date when it was something i was waiting for to paint for a customer. long lines, long waits, bad attitudes. go to ups or fedex

Still on hold as I write this...
I called to get information on a package and had a male pick up the phone and place me on hold. I called at 6:15pm and it's now 6:56 pm I am still on the phone and no answer, no one has apologize for the long wait on hold.
Horrible customer service.
By now the office will be close and I won't be able to go in person still on hold and no one had courtesy to let me know why I am waiting so long for service
