Ordered a sectional off their website. I was very worried about ordering such an expensive item without seeing it 1st however, they delivered a beautiful set, exactly as advertised. Strongly recommend United. Great service and experience.

Alex was good to follow-up on orders...he is well informed of options/alternatives etc.,.....very good service...add a day or two for delivery if you are far away from NYS.

I was looking for furniture for the past 6 months and could not make up my mind until I ran into United Furniture Group. They only offer high quality products and while they have a showroom I was able to find exactly what I was looking for online on their website. I spoke with a gentlemen named Alex who explained to me everything I needed to know about the bedroom and the living room set that I wanted. He also provided a delivery time frame which ended up to be exactly as promised. Nice people, service and furniture, will shop here again.
