Valentin Bakman volunteered to do pro-bono work for this clubhouse called Fountain House, a place for mentally ill people. It is very likely Valentin Bakman was suffering from mental illness or dementia himself because of the incredibly bad quality of work performed on the people there. He was not doing it for free, he was charging Medicaid and Medicare and even performing unnecessary work so he could bill them more, which consists of fraud. He even got sued and had his son who is a lawyer defend him. He is a terrible dentist and a terrible person.
