We have never had an experience the way we had with United Coachline. They were so professional. They responded to my emails quickly and kindly. The bus driver showed up almost an hour before our scheduled pick up time which we had never experienced before. The children loved being able to watch Frozen on the bus so that was a great feature to have. Even though we were running late boarding the children, the driver was courteous and professional the whole time. The price was a little high for us but we got what we paid for. We hope to use them again for our future field trips if we can afford to.

Comments: Very professional company. Communication with Daniel fast and efficient, with a lot of great and helpful suggestions. Buses, drivers and office stuff on point.
You are the big part of this tour success and I wanted to thank you for that.
