Time to spare? Fly United Air. Premier flyer just trying to find friendly helpful customer service. I clearly inconvenienced the ticket agent by merely asking about options to Chicago since my original flight has changed times four times already. Sorry to put you out United.

Admit it, you're flying UA because they are typically one of the cheapest airlines. Have gotten bumped to delta when they canceled a flight, so you can always hope for that. Customer service is reasonably helpful.

One of the shittiest airlines there is....period. Everything about then sucks except the fact that they own airplanes.

Will avoid flying United out of LGA if possible in the future. 3 hour delay on a flight to Chicago.

I wonder what's the qualification requirement of united staff specially baggage service & customer service .
Seriously someone needs to check and review all staff as they have lots of attitude to show off and being lazy then helping customers .
