Terrible place! We were getting late to our flight. When we got check point we still had 35 min to get on board in time. Staff on check point did NOTHING although we asked them to help us.
And United Airlines did nothing to help us too.

United is my favorite airline. The last time I flew with them I was very pleased. The flight attendants were incredibly nice. The back of the plane was empty and they let people move there so they could have more room. They even gave out extra food to people who wanted it. There were no hassles, delays or anything like that.

they put two stickers with same numbers on two different bags of two different passengers. then they could't help. they lost my bag.

Our 17 year old (minor) started a very exciting journey to India from Chicago on June 15, 2015 only to find out he missed the connection from Newark, NJ nonstop to Mumbai. They got him so late to Newark, NJ that he missed the connection, no help with overnight stay being a minor, had to fend for himself at midnight all alone not knowing anyone.
Was sent on a flight next day and arrived in Mumbai to find his luggage missing although he was assured that they will check his bag in when he left Newark.
Their customer service stinks and they are awful, OUR FAMILY WILL NEVER FLY UNITED AGAIN AND ENCOURAGE EVERYONE WE KNOW NOT TO FLY THEM

United consistently has wait times of over an hour to get our bags especially on Sunday's. The past 3 United flights it took 50min to an hour and 40 minutes to get our bags.
The Sunday crew is terrible.
This will be our last United flight with newark involved keep your stupid rewards this hassle isn't worth it.
In the future I'll be using jet blue American Airlines delta or even southwest before I book another United flight. They can keep all these rewards miles this is insane. The baggage handlers on Sunday's at newark ruined it for us no other airline is this bad at newark.
