AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL...absolutely terrible company with NO customer service whatsoever......send packages weeks after they pick them up, and they arrive weeks after we are told they will arrive. AND the customer service representative provides no information whatsoever about the whereabouts of the packages...I will NEVER use this company again. Its better to pay a few extra dollars and send via the post office where you can at least ask a question rather then with these terrible people.
