I bought a QUATRO DROP™ Cookie/Cake depositor from Ron Mondello at the Long Island location 2 months ago. I ended up with a used machine, no receipt, no box, and no manual. Once the money was transferred, I finally got the machine in a little over a month. After talking to Ron (the president of the company) he refused to replace it with a new machine and refused to give me my money back and ton top of that, he told me to never contact him again.
