Short Story- Guy is aggressive towards his customers and doesn't stand by what he agrees on. You will work out a deal beforehand and then he will change it later. He will rip you off and charge whatever he wants.

Long Story-
So I had a crack in my rim which was causing the the tire to lose air (told by my tire guy). I called up Unique because they were close and asked him if he can check it out the same day. He said he could and told me to stop by. Before the call ended I asked him how much it was going to cost and he said $69.99 and up.

When I arrived at the location I asked the owner to let me know the exact price. All he did was look at my car and said $100. I asked him how he came up with that number, since he didn't even take the wheel off to look at the crack. His response? "You do want to get it fixed or not?" Because I didn't want to deal with this low air issue, I agreed on the price. He added another $15 for mounting and balancing and said any additional crack will be an extra $10. Before I paid him, I asked him if there is a warranty on his work. He said for the life of the wheel.

OK, got the car and drove home. 2 days later, the tire pressure was low again on that tire. Went back to him and asked him to take a look. He put the car on the jack and took the wheel off. He "discovered" another hole in the drum of the wheel. Now in my opinion, he should have checked the entire rim the first time, but he didn't. Lousy work. OK, so I asked him how much it would cost to fix this hole. He said he has to refinish the entire rim cause of this hole but he'll "hook me up" for $99. Now I was upset because he should've found it the first time. I could've paid less if he did find it then. I asked him to sweeten the deal and remove some scuffs from another rim as well. The last deal we worked out before I left was verbatim "2 wheels for $99", which meant fix the pinhole in one and remove some scratches from another. He couldn't do it that day so I came back 2 days later. Also before I left he put my wheel back on the car and took it off the jack. When he lowered the jack, a rubber piece from the car fell off, which he said he would put back on later.

When I came back two days later, I walked into the office and he told me to talk to the lady sitting there. I told her we worked out a deal where he would fix a pinhole on one, scratches on another, and a piece that fell off the last time I came, all for $99. After I said that he looks at her and says "No, its $99 each rim". I was like WTF you said "2 for $99"! His response? "Yes, but that meant for $99 each!". This guy clearly didn't comprehend the difference between "2 for $99" and "each for $99". It didn't make sense to me either. Why would I pay $99 for a full repair on one and $99 for taking scratches off the other? He made up whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted. I kept arguing with him and he said something like "yea when you come back for your car, you wont have ANY rims". When I confronted him about threatening me, he shut up an shook his head cause he knew he said something dumb and inappropriate. I finally agreed to just the pinhole for $99, didn't want the hassle. Before he took my car I said to him that if the wheel comes out messed up and not like what you're promising (like his promise for "2 for $99) I wont pay you anything. He got nervous, mad, scared, all at once. You could see it on his face. He refused to do anything to my car after I said that. I didn't care at that point. Unprofessional businessman, scum personality. I took my car somewhere else.
Funny, the other place I took it to told me I should've looked at his reviews first.
