As the owner of this salon, I am truly apologetic when any customer is not fully satisfied after getting our unique experience. At unique we are fully aware that our business is customer service, and we make every effort to attain that goal each time our clients shows their faith in our well experienced stylists. At Unique we consider the relationship between each stylist and client a partnership, each client is expected to know or have an idea of what they want and the stylist is expected to use their talent responsibly to make their wishes come true. Acting Responsibly... is the key to longevity in this industry.
