Unique Family Dentistry

This place doesn't even deserve one star- they don't know how to be respectful, the waiting time is usually between 2-4 hours (no joke), don't get me started on their extremely rude office staff, the Dentists don't know how to do anything besides waste your time, and the list goes on. If I were you, STAY AWAY and get a dentist that knows how to do their job.

This place really unique. So many unprofessional people under one roof hard to find. Dental work was done awful. Front desk girl is another story... absolutely unprofessional, rude. I wish i read reviews before I want there. Stay away from this place.

This is the most absurdly unprofessional establishment I've ever visited. Here is a list of all of the reasons why you should never set foot in this pathetic excuse for a dental office, based on my dreadful encounter with these people:

- The staff is rude, inarticulate, and incompetent. Once it's your turn to enter a patient room, you're rudely told to "Just go to room number blank", without an escort.
- The dentist, Dr. Singh, did not have the courtesy to introduce himself at any point during our interaction, I had to ask the front desk at the end of my visit who the dentist was, since at no point did anyone address themselves as a hygienist, dentist, etc.
- I was never given a disposable bib to avoid getting splashed with water, etc; however, when I asked for something to cover my chest to avoid getting my shirt dirty, I was greeted with a scoff by Dr. Singh.
- There was no dental hygienist present to prep me for my encounter with Dr. Singh, so I left with the exact amount of residue and stains from my arrival to the office. When I asked Dr. Singh about why my teeth were still dirty, he simply suggested that stains aren't removed easily, as if he had made any attempt to rid me of my stains and residue during the pathetic 5 minute "dental cleaning" portion of my visit.
- Lastly, when I called the office back to ask for the dentist's full name to file a formal complaint, I was placed on hold numerous times and eventually hung up on, since the administrative staff claimed they did not know the dentist's full name.
- All things considered, this is the most embarrassing and unprofessional dental experience I've ever endured.

RUN, don't walk away! One star is giving this office a compliment.

Stay away from this place. I took both of my kids here and it took the doctor 15 minutes to clean each of my kids teeth. When I went home my kids still had food particles on their teeth. I called the dentist just to confirm what they did with my kids teeth and of course I was placed on hold, then the dentist was busy and would call me back. Needless to say if I was holding my breath for a call back I would be dead. Even my kids said to me mommy please don't bring us back to the dentist by the paint shop. I am amazed that this place is open for business.

OMG...why is this place still open for business, the doctor is careless the staff is clueless, my simple root canal is now a paintfull nightmare...Stay away.......
