Came in to Union Vacuum with a clogged Oreck (New carpet problems) and the associate was so friendly and helpful..he showed me how to take the vacuum apart and even replaced the belt for me. It was fast and easy. I was so happy I bought carpet freshener..and I don't even like carpet freshener!.. Do yourself a favor..don't go anywhere else for your vacuum needs.
