Scheduling an appointment with a doctor, especially a specialist, can be a drawn out affair. This was not the case with Union Square Optical. On two occasions, I was able to schedule same-day and Friday appointments (something that is typically hard to do with my existing eye doctor). There were no extended wait periods, and I found Dr. Wang to be attentive and easy to understand. I would recommend Union Square Optical to any seeking eye-related medical attention.

Get Angela to help you pick out your glasses. She is so patient and will work with you until you find the pair you love. Her sense of style is great, but when I was shopping she always took my input into consideration so much (I wasn't too fashion forward with my choices). I'm really happy with my final choice and I wouldn't have found it without her.

My first pair of glasses I got from there, I think it was 1995.
I always been treated very well by the staff and specially by Dr Schwartz. My newest pair I also got from there and I also got some first timer contact lenses. Very excited about it, but it is a pain in "you know where" to get it in and out. And as always, it was a very pleasant experience trying out for the first time. And Dr Schwartz was there all the way. I called before to make sure he was. Great selection of frames also.
