I made an appointment for mammogram in advance. My appointment was for 12:30PM. I came on time and was asked to fill out some forms. 30 minutes after completion of paperwork I asked receptionist how long should I wait for mammogram. She replied she gave my papers to technician. After next 30 minutes I asked again and finally was brought to the mammogram’s room. Explanation for 1 hour wait was that technician had lunch. Finally after mammogram was taken and doctor came to examine me, I figured out that it was not doctor Maksutova I made an appointment to. I was told she was not in the office that day. I will never visit this office again.
