Reviews to Union Square Greenmarket
This is a park and a neighborhood in general (albeit primarily commerical in occupancy), that has stood the test of time. Not only over the decades but over the last 150+ years as this had been designated as a park long before most of the structures were built and probably even before the city grid plan was created. They have operated a Green market here, regularly for as long as I can remember and it is generally interspersed with seller of mainly eclectic and cottage made wares which include photographs, clothing and assorted odds and ends. It is always a treat to walk through the park and see what is for sale and see what the ubiquitous street performers are up to on any given day.

Great looking farmers market, they got fresh fruits and vegetables for sell at a pretty decent price. Sometime you see them sell cheese, different color mushrooms, honey, seafood, liquor, herbs, flower and etc. Overall great place to go walk around and get produce you might need.
