The MORALE in the office was warm and you were given all the attention as if you were the only patient in the office (DOCTOR & STAFF WERE VERY WARM AND CARING). They rendered the services they promised and did not exploit me like my previous terrible experience with American Women's Services - Elizabeth 700 N Broad St #202, Elizabeth, NJ a location that Literally exploited me and took $110+ for minor testing when they knew they couldn't handle the procedure. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - ONION OB/GYN and INFERTILITY GROUP - AGAIN I recommend that you or your family / friends - DO NOT go to American Women's Services - Elizabeth 700 N Broad St #202, Elizabeth, NJ - This place doesn't even deserve the Hated It Star - they get Gazillions of Hate for my review. Do not go to this place, be prepared to wait from 3 to 4 hours literally even if you have an appointment, the stuff was very incompetent, they couldn't coordinate their service with my insurance and the girl at the desk ask me to do it myself, after I finally was seen, I requested specifically for the same Doctor, in my second appointment the run the same tests again for my pregnancy, and they schedule some other Doctor who brought her child to the clinic, she was more worried about her son running back and forward than her patients, I love children but I found that weird in a clinic, when I complained about the hours of waiting this Doctor was nasty and talked to me like is my fault that she had to bring her child to work for the nurses to babysit! , they didn't acknowledge their mistakes forget about an apology, they were rude and very unprofessional, take my advice and stay away from this people, their lack of professionalism is impressive.

I came for a quick visit before work and the nurse that saw me came in early just for me. She took her time with me and made me comfortable taking my information. She took her time with me for examination. She was well knowledge about the doctors creditability. Alyssa was the sweetest. Nice, clean location. Everything is explain to you before you are given any documents and prescription. No longer line for me just request an early slot and they accommodate you.

I had to get a procedure done due to unfortunate events. Its the holiday season so literally everyone is trying to been seen before the new year so it was a little packed and i waited a while, which was no big deal. It was a normal holiday rush. I was terrifed and the nurses were just so great! Their attitudes and personalities were warm and i didnt for one second feel fear. They answered all my questions and Dr. Boffard was equally as great. They keep you comfortable and they make sure you are alright. it was my first time and i have no qualms whatsoever. They also apologized for the wait which again there were so mang patients that i knew that so it was okay. Receptionist was nice. I had a good experience.
