The legendary service of this dealership was unreal. The staff especially the receptionist and the sales person (Gee) were awesome.

The staff was attentive and made sure I were being served. I especially like that this dealer did not try to tack on extra charges for this thing and that thing. They offered the deal and honored the deal.

The owner was absolutely personable all the way. He came over to ensure that all was well and had a quit chat and left !!! Rocco the sales manager quickly and efficiently organized to get a spray in bed liner done. It was a breeze getting that sorted.

They took the vehicle, gave me a loaner car and made sure my bed liner was done ! Thumbs up all the way !

At the service desk, I met a very pleasant young lady who processed my paperwork for the loaner car as well as getting my tire monitor/sensor light on dash reset.

Continue to improve. We need more dealerships like this around to rebuild confidence in the car buying experience.

The sales team are great. The service department is the worst! I've purchased 2 vehicles here, and have experienced nothing but terrible service. Twice, while waiting for service my paperwork was lost. Subsequently, waiting more than 6hrs for a diagnostic report. They don't have enough experienced service technicians and are extremely expensive.

Luckily for me, the owner John Manganelli made sure I got the best treatment ever. Trevette and the rest were super patient and informative. I am not an easy customer to handle, I know this. They handled all of my quirks professionally and made sure I understood everything correctly. I leased a brand new BEAUTIFUL #Buick #Enclave and I love it so much.
John is fair, honest and polite. I feel like I am good hands with this dealership and that is rare. If they can handle THIS squeaky wheel, they can surely handle any other customers with ease :D

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! This place deserves 0 or negative stars. It has been the worst experience I've ever had at a dealer! I leased a car from them back in 2012. The salesperson promised to do upgrades to the car (leather seats, heated seats) if we went with the lease, we did. After we got the car we tried to schedule an appointment to get the upgrades done and we were told that we were not going to get it because the salesperson didn't write it on the contract. When we complained that he had told us that the manager just shrugged and said "Well you shouldn't have just taken his word for it" We contacted their corporate office to complain and they made them give us what was promised. However, it took us many attempts to make an appointment and get a loaner. Their excuse for giving us a hard time was that since we complained they got a fine, so they were upset and didn't want to give us a loaner.

Fast forward to now, lease is over, and we want to buy the car. They gave us a price for the car plus taxes, plus $250 for registration plus around $500 for office fees. (for someone to sit in an office and fill out paperwork) We were pretty sure they were trying to rip us off, so we contacted the lease bank and the amount for the car they gave us with taxes included was less than the purchase price they had given us. So the taxes, the registration fee (which is more than twice what they charge at the DMV) and the office fees were all extra! We are buying the car directly through the bank. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. If you already have a lease with them contact your bank, do not give them any more money!

Initially when visiting Buick/Gmc of Union my wife was set on buying a Nissan Rogue, but I convinced her to give the GMC Terrain a shot. We were greeted instantly by Tommy "JR" Alicea. Unlike many other dealerships with pushy agressive salesmen, at Buick/GMC of Union we immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. Tommy discussed our many options in a calm pleasant way. I dislike the bargaining game and explained that to Tommy. Since we were both reasonable, we were able to come to an agreement rather quickly. After deciding on the Terrain, dealing with finance was also very pleasant. I have been an auto consumer for 20 years now and have purchased and leased over 7 vehicles. My visit at Buick/GMC of Union was by far the most enjoyable experience I ever had when buying or leasing. My wife was convinced that GMC was a better fit. We've been in our Terrain Denali for a month now and could not be happier.
