If you want reliable service and repairmen that show up on time- well this is not your place. Not only did they forget about my appointment that I had scheduled a week earlier, but their concept of 20 minutes is equal to 2+ hours. I had to call them 5 times because they were late for each time they said they would arrive by. My appointment was for 11 am, they did not show up until 4. By then I was too upset and refused to let them service my machine. Maybe I sound like an impatient hot-head, but this customer service was by far the worst I have had in a very long time. They could have at least been realistic and called me to let me know they would be late.
