Chalk it up to you get what you pay for? The ordering process, the website, and customer service in general is all fine but the actual product is sub par. I ordered a tails tux, a regular tux, a couple white oxfords, a couple black dress shirts and a few other things. I've had to sew on three buttons that fell off almost immediately upon first wearing. The shirts though a 60/40 mix are uncomfortable, poorly fitted and in the case of the white oxfords, such flimsy material that they are see through. Advertised as wrinkle free; they are not. I can only imagine what awaits when I launder the tuxes for the fist time.
