Horrible service, can't even get them on the phone..... Someone need to make this process better, for people that have earn the insurance benefits, and really need the help like me. First time collecting benefits and I'm 37. Shame on the city of New Jersey for making it next to impossible to collect unemployment benefits for those of us that have earn it.

There is nothing to like about this they DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALL. I do not understand if there low on employees but if so maybe they should hire those who are trying to claim maybe people's question would finally be answered.

Horrible Experience. A Woman made me wait 40 minutes then once we spoke for 2 minutes she says to hold for a moment and hangs up on me. Once I find out her name she would wish she never did
