Uncle Bob's Self Storage

Denise was extremely friendly, patient and thorough. She provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent memory. I have a much greater appreciation for Uncle Bob's as an organization if the level of service I received is consistent across their many locations. I would definitely recommend Uncle Bob's to my friends, family and colleagues.

Great place, clean, and I never had a problem. If you're looking somewhere to store your belongings and have a clear mind that it would be safe, this is the place to go. Had my storage unit for years and never had a problem. Employees are great and overall I'm a happy customer.

The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgable and courteous. I was in a time crunch and had called ahead asking if we could finish the paperwork quickly, my expectations were exceeded! They had everything ready to go to sign and explained to me the fine details that I needed to be aware of. Upon reviewing the location itself, it is very secure and clean with wide hallways, and a large freight elevator. The complementary moving equipment suited our needs in transporting our belongings. I had also brought some dollies of my own but it was nice to have more! All in all, a pleasant experience and I'm happy to be renting with them.
