I had the signature sushi burrito. under-seasoned and poorly cooked rice, not very much fish, too much/too thick carrot sticks made the roll too hard and crunchy, $11

Good fusion Asian food. Nothing special, but tasty and healthy. They typically have some specials of the month or week, however this place has no flexibility to actually adjust existing menus to combine them with the months special. For example, if you would like to have crab in your temaki it is possible to have it for +1$ but if you want to have a temaki set with one regular temaki and one special it is not possible to do it for +4$which is exactly the difference in price. This is a strange lack of flexibility

We tried to go to the 14th St. Location however they were closed 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. Called to this location to find out what was happening and Eric was extremely helpful. We took a cab to the 44th St location and Eric and Erick served us efficiency minutes before closing. Excellent customer service. Changed our bad experience around! We will definitely be returning, however only to the 44th St location. Much better location with excellent service. Thank you to Eric and Erick!
