Nothing!! If this is how they treat the elderly and bedridden they should should absolutely ashamed of themselves. Took a vacation day to be home and assist along with moms private aide for hospital bed delivery and they never showed!! First gave me a window of time from noon-4 then they changed to 3-6 and still no delivery. Thank God I did not have my moms bed removed from the Apartment as she is bedridden 85 bipolar manic behavior and incontinent. Where would she have slept? Their customer service and certainly reliability leaves NOTHING to b desired. Life comes around baby. What u give out comes back to u. I hope one day a family member of theirs is in need Lets c how they r treated.
