Where else can you get highlights (done well, too) for 1/2 head at $40.00? Roots for $25.00 - place is a little old, but clean enough and who cares for the price it should be. Irene is a character... I'll go back for sure and would recommend to others... she's also open A LOT and on Sunday!!!
