Just sent me on a 50 mile deadhead only for it to be a truck-ordered-not-used. The broker, Lou Malatesta, didn't even call me to tell me the load had been canceled. After I finally got through to them on the phone after being on hold for 15 mins the dispatcher told me the load had been canceled. Lou didnt even call or email to let me know, just gave a lame ass excuse that "he thought his dispatchers were gonna tell you". didnt give me a tonu or even an apology. In all my years of being in business ive never been treated like that

Disgusting company. Cheap prices, unprofessional dispatchers , horrible brokers , poor carrier relations. We call them once in a while ,but every time they convince us that they are useless. Customers DO NOT give loads to uLTRA ,with their work ethics-they cannot hire an eligible truck drivers , only a schmuck will work for them.

The reason they don't send you a rate confirmation and I assume you are speaking about an updated confirmation that includes an updated rate is because they are waiting for you to unload and not pay you the extra money you both verbally agreed too. This company is the worst in the business . Very cheap and a bunch of losers . I would never do business with them and by the look of the employees reviews they are not very happy with the company either. That should tell you something. This freight broker is a looser , that is why I have there telephone number blocked.

Horrible company. Dispatchers do not send disp. info on time , they put you on hold for 10 min. at a time. Dispatchers use fake names-reason unknown. Brokers refuse to give their supervisors names. Carriers , Customers try to avoid Ultra , there are better brokers to work with.
