Initially it was good and I was enthusiastic, but the rep Randi, mentioned I may have to come down on my salary requirement, but only mentioned there would be some extra hours, not a 7 day a week workweek for an unspecified amount of time. Also I only found out when interviewing with his client that they had been through a few call center managers. Also callback skills need work. I received an email, not a phone call says he had some positive feedback but would get back to me during the day. Never heard from him, when I called the next day they said he was off and wouldn't be back until after the weekend. I have been in customer service for 30 years, 15 as a manager, if I didn't return a call to a client with an issue, then left them hang over a weekend, I would expect to be reprimanded or worse after the weekend. Do yourself a favor, deal only with a company that employs professionals.
