Very convenient for the locals! The customer service is an issue though. The whole business is run through one telephone number that is rarely answered. Leave a voice-mail? can't cause that is box full. 2013 is around the corner...Where's the website my friend?! All that money invested into a business and there's no site for me to dump my $$$ via credit card into your pockets?
Other than that the 24 hour access is a plus.
