Late fall I went into the Wayne, NJ location with a idea of what I wanted and a ton of questions. I travel often and have been to many hotel fitness centers. I was greeted by two sales people. After spending the necessary time to answer my questions, and explaining the differences between the machines I inquired about a specific machine that was not on the floor. Rather then trying to persuade me to buy what they had on the floor, I was informed they had the exact used machine at the Hanover location I was inquiring about. Danny encouraged me to look at the used machine. I was going near the store so I stopped in - the salesperson was equally as helpful. It was after the sale in the Hanover store I found out one of the sales personal I was speaking with in Wayne was the owner, Danny Soto! Both stores are packed full of equipment, spotless, with a knowledgeable staff - a pleasure to deal with such professionalism. The price was fair, no high pressure sales, a absolute pleasurable experience. My delivery and set-up was on time, done by very professional experienced technicians.
BTW - I rec'd a phone call a week or so after the equipment was delivered to see if I had any questions or concerns!
Passing the Hanover store today I stopped in looking for a set of dumbbells. This was 3+ months after the sale, Danny happened to be in the store and recognize me as a past customer! Undecided - Danny took my number, he said he will get back to me with what I was looking for.....I am sure he will - this is simply the way he runs his business.
I would encourage anyone to visit any Ultimate Fitness Store, ask questions, get educated and work with Danny's team.
To Danny- Ace's all the way around - keep the high standards of a knowledgable sales staff and great customer service.
