This has been my gym for about a year and I love it. Great hours, friendly staff, huge equipment selection - more than most gyms. Lots of pro athletes work out here and the crowd is friendly - no intimidating meatheads. Just a solid, well-maintained gym that rivals any top tier club.

I tried to attend the gym one night, and got really confused with the atmosphere outside.......There's a gentlemen's club next door, and there were so many people outside that the entrance to the gym could not been seen, so I left. I don't know if the gym owns the gentlemen's club or what, but it seems like the club owns the street. Bad impression for a woman :s

I go early in the morning. Never had a problem. The people that work there always nice and polite.

I called ultimate fitness to find out how much was the membership, then I ask do you have a pool and she said no then i ask do you have a jacuzzi and the front desk lady was rude talking about if we don't have a pool how are we going to have a jacuzzi well its two different things the last time i check... your front desk workers don't have to be rude I just ask a question smh. makes me not ever want to come back to this place and tell everyone how ultimate fitness has poor customer service. Ill rather stay at planet fitness then to deal with people like her.
