This place has its ups and its downs. I got my prom dress last year from this place, and it was gorgeous it was from jasz couture and it cost around 600$. I will be going back there to look, this year with my friends instead of my mother. The staff are nice, but do NOT get alterations there. My mother used to have to sew all of her old stuff and her mother ( my grandmother) used to be a spectacular sewer and taught her. And first of all, my mother made an appointment and we had to wait a good 20 minuets and at that time my mother had to call her over and tell her to look at my dress. She was saying that the alterations would be pricey and she could not do a certain thing with the corset but my mother knew a better sewer could easily do it. So we stormed out of there with the unaltered dress, unsatisfied. Its great place to shop for dresses, but if you are planning to get alterations, go to a woman in High Bridge NJ. Shes amazing and delivers quality for what you are paying for.

Outstanding

Went to this store for a dress for my daughters sweet 16 court. Was greeted by an older short haired lady who couldn't have been more RUDE !!! Asked for a deep red she insisted it was burgandy we wanted and after showing her a picture said there is no such color. She then proceeded to be very opinionated about what my daughter wanted and what colors her theme should be !!! After looking through the store she yelled at us that no where would we find that color unless we had it made and it took 6-8weeks and "burgandy "was out of style for this time of year anyway !!! sarcastically saying "Good Luck Finding it" Way to make a young girl feel bad !!! Never again will I step foot in there !!!

Horrible Customer Service!
I went to this store in a very optimistic mood and was hoping to find a prom dress in a very specific color that my boyfriend had chosen (it is his senior prom). We walked in and were greeted by a sales associate who seemed very friendly. I explained to her the style I was looking for and she began to look for dresses for me to try on. After about ten minutes with no luck, the manager (I believe her name is Laura) came up to us and proceeded to literally YELL at my boyfriend for choosing such a specific color and for being so selfish for making me buy such an expensive dress when it wasn't my own prom (we hadn't even discussed prices at the point, neither had I even mentioned a price range)! In a semi-crowded store, anyone can imagine how humiliating this was for my boyfriend, who was there simply for his opinion. This lady is completely obnoxious and rude, I really don't know who the hell she thinks she is. After this terrible experience, I went to Windsor, a store right downstairs, and found the perfect dress.
Rest assured, I will NOT be back to this store ever again.
